Weir docs
What Weir is and how to go from sign-in to a running GPU machine in five steps.
Weir rents GPU machines by the hour. Each machine is a full virtual machine with root SSH. You pay from a prepaid balance in US dollars, and unused whole hours go back to that balance when you release early.
Machines come from providers on the network. Every machine is checked before you get access to it.
Quick start
- Sign in with an email code or a Bittensor wallet. See Accounts and SSH keys.
- Add your SSH public key under SSH keys. Do this before you rent.
- Add funds under Billing, in USDT, USDC or TAO. See Adding funds.
- Rent a machine: pick a card, choose the options, check the quote and pay. See Renting a GPU.
- Connect with the SSH command on the instance page. Keep your work on
/data, copy results out, then release. See Connecting and working.
Shell
# 1. Create a key and print the public part
ssh-keygen -t ed25519
cat ~/.ssh/id_ed25519.pub
# 2. After renting, connect (host and port are on the instance page)
ssh root@HOST -p PORT
# 3. Check the GPUs
