Refunds
Request a refund of unused balance from your own top-ups, and what happens while it is reviewed.
You can ask for unused balance back. This is separate from unused machine hours, which return to your balance automatically (see Billing).
How to request
Go to Billing, then Refunds, then Request a refund.
Rules
- Only unused balance from your own top-ups can be refunded. Credits that Weir added cannot.
- The minimum is $5.
- You can have one open request at a time.
- While a request is under review, you can cancel it.
What happens next
- The amount is held from your balance while Weir reviews the request, usually within 3 business days.
- If approved, the refund goes back in the coin you paid with, at that coin’s price on the day it is sent.
- If not approved, the amount returns to your balance with a note explaining why.
